Where do you get the passport when you arrive in Jeju? Is it available near the start?
Do you mean bicycle passport? There is no place that you can buy it in Jeju. You have to order it at On-line or at Seoul.

Thank you for this informative Vlog. My three questions are: 1. How much is the average parking fee at a tourist public area, and parking fee at a hotel/mall? 2. Around how many kilometers is it to see the main sites of Jeju including the islands? 3. When renting an EV, is it required to return the car in full EV charged? Or can it be returned as it is? 1. Normally parkinglot in tourist attraction is free. And for public parking lot, it depends on the time and place, but it's usually cheaper than 2,000 won. Also if you rent EV car of Hybrid, fee will be half. 2. Jeju is big island. SO how long you will drive will be depending how you plan your trip. If you make schedule that stay in nearby, it will be short. 3. As I know, you don't need to. But for accurate information, contact to TIC chat service.(bit.ly/jejutic)
we are Cambodian, what process next to fill other form if we had direct flight from Shanghai to Jeju? On K-ETA list no Cambodian list on form. How to next step ? Just booked flight direct there ?
Yes it's visa free. You don't need K-eta and Visa.

I booked a flight from Cambodia to Shanghai to Jeju this July, should I fill in any K-ETA form or other steps to prove that I am eligible to be it's visa-free when entering Jeju.

Of course you can ride. But transfer(free change bus) will not be applied. Transfer has condition, like different bus number, change to other bus in 30minutes.

K-eta or Visa is according to your nationality not where you take airplane. If there is no in the K-eta list(you can search on website above), it's visa free for Jeju(also for K-eta).

You need "International Driving Licence". Your normal driving permit is only for USA. If you want to drive outside of country, you need to get license. As I search, you can get from AAA or AATA but not sure so you have to search informations right for your country.
Is what you said true? Why is there so much information that quite a lot of Indonesian tourists are being refused entry to Jeju?
Yes it's true. It's visa free for Indonesian. It doesn't mean unconditional entry to Jeju. It just mean you don't need visa(and K-eta) to come Jeju. But it's not applied to immigration. Sorry but we cannot say anything about immigration because we don't know exactly about immigration problem and power on it.

Yes tha't why we call Jeju visa free island, not Korea. Also that's why many tourist use other country to visit Jeju. Jeju has direct flight from China, Japan(Osaka), Honkong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Visa for Japan doesn't mean anything for Jeju, Korea. But Jeju is visa free island so if you come directly to Jeju, you don't need visa(Not for some country). If you come from Japan, there is direct flight to Jeju from Osaka, with T-way airline. So check whether your country is in the K-eta list(If you are in this list, you have to get K-eta) www.k-eta.go.kr/portal/guide/viewetaalification.do.

No... Jeju airport has closing time and don't have sleeping facility. You have to get out of airport after closing time.(about 10pm)

I‘ll be driving with the bus line 181 from Jeju Airport to Seogwipo. Can I buy the ticket at the information center or is it better to make a reservation beforehand?
There is no tickets in Jeju's bus. You have to pay at bus through transportation card or cash.
I saw on naver map, i have to use airport limousine bus from airport and continue with another bus to hotel that I already booked in seogwipo, is the second bus (number 531/510) allow tourist to bring big luggage just like airport limousine bus?
Yes you can bring it. But unlike limousine bus which you can put luggage in bus trunk, you have to carry luggage with you on the bus.
