Is the go 4 louder than the awei y669?
I just bought the JBL Go4 speaker recently. Originally, I want to go for Sony SRS-XB100 (sounds fit my tasting more). Nevertheless as a small traveler speaker putting inside my backpack > JBL's rectangular form-shape is more practical than Sony's circular cone form-shape). Indeed > in term of price vs sound > Sony and JBL are doing well in the same price range. At the end, I just need a small decent speaker for playing music inside a hotel room during working or lying on a chair at the swimming pool, which never expect any hi-fi grade sound. But I am still impressed and found satisfactory when play-back music with such compact device rather than turning my phone speaker in a hotel room. By the way, this is a quality review for describing what *SOUNDS* a speaker. In other consumer electronics reviews, most host unable to describe how a speaker shall be sounded😂

@Federico_A The volume levels are comparable, but the Go 4 sounds much clearer and fuller at max volume, because of the better dynamics.
@@outeraudio thanks. I have the Sony xb100 but I'm not very satisfied about the volume. Bass are nice and the sound is clear. Do you have tested It?
JBL's bass is amazing, I have both Flip 6 and Motion Plus.

The Motion sounds more natural.
They say all sound is subjective but I feel the flip 6 has smoother bass. At least at 50 percent volume and up.

Thanks for your feedback. I wanted to dive deep in this one for a change, as I usually stick to 60-second summaries - but I'll upload a condensed version that's more to the point.
Which has batter basss and got loud
Both get loud for the size. They are comparable in volume. But to me the JBL has smoother bass. Especially when it comes to Turing it up past 50-60 percent volume.
The Soundcore is slightly louder (89.4 dB vs 91.3 dB). We preferred the Flip 6 bass, but there is also something to be said about Soundcores 9 band EQ giving a little more flexibility in dialing in your preferred bass.
Thats true the 9-band eq is nice but I still prefer the bass on the flip 6.
@@robbieasghari8361 the EQ is preset of the soundcore. If you set to bass mode EQ it will sound way way better than jbl.
@@junalmonia7291 If you test the bass to its limit on the motion 300 it has distortion. In my testing, play the song wine pon you by Doja cat and at max volume you can hear the distortion. You have to really turn the bass down to not hear distortion.
