as a heavy main who only uses melee my greatest fear is a light with a stun gun. i straight up CANNOT do anything if a light lands a stun and just stays away from my melee range, cuz i can 1 shot them. but its no big deal, its a counter. i 1 shot them with sledge afterall. i think that using the loadouts and reserves properly is what would help people actually face their counters and also help aestablish new ways to accomplish a task. (APS system, glitch mines etc) unfortunately gamers have reduced brain capacity compared to 15 years ago when game companies didnt change the entire game because estrogen filled virgins are crying on reddit.
