Well, you can't accuse the owners of hyperbole can you? It is indeed "little".

No price, no square footage, no floor plan, no lot size. What's the big mystery? I'm not even sure what town and county it's in. If I were the seller I would not be pleased that all the agent is showing is pictures.

Looks like the only way to get any information about this property is to call the UK phone number briefly shown at the end the video. Alternatively click through the links under the about button in the description. Even then you'll have to guess which of the agencies might have this property on their books, because even if you choose the Ilfracombe agency there's no way to find information about this property. Webbers seem to have spent a lot of time and money making a 7 minute CZcams video about a property and then offer just one phone number at the end. Most CZcamsrs will have clicked away to silence the weird loud musak long before the phone number reaches the screen. Webbers, find someone who knows how to create customer contacts through CZcams. There are several good examples of how to do it. Using your current approach is a waste of your time and viewer time. Having seen one Webber video, I'll know to avoid all others.

The ONS have stated that due to falling house sales of 22% they have only been able to process 50% of usual volumes. Ask yourself why they have left out 50% of sales and the only logical explanation is because those houses have sold under the market value and they are deliberately hiding the truth. I believe this to be the biggest con in history led by government organisation.

North Devon is a rural area that it’s a small place in the world 🌍. In the Ilfracombe area, there are plenty of shop 🏬 🏬 🏬 that the hills are very steep and hurts people’s legs 🦵 🦵. There has been plenty of businesses that closed in the Ilfracombe area is Wilsons, Jeffries, the furniture 🪑 shop 🏬 next to Jeffries, The Old Cider 🍺 Apple 🍏 , Off Licence 🪪 in St Brannocks Road 🛣️, Slade Post ✉️ Office 🏢, Post ✉️ Office 🏢 in Church ⛪️ Street, the shop 🏬 in Marlborough Road 🛣️ , trains 🚆 that used to run 🏃‍♀️ from Ilfracombe to Barnstaple via Braunton until Saturday 3rd 🥉 October 1970 is over 53 previous years ago in 2023 and perhaps 🤔 few to many of other businesses that happened is probably customers are shopping 🛍️ 🛒 online everyday. The town centre in Ilfracombe is crap 💩. There are rough people living in Ilfracombe. Woolacombe is a very small place that it has a nice 👌 beach 🏖️ 🏝️ because it looks tidy and plenty of holiday makers visit there every summer ☀️ is mainly August is the 8th month in the year. I spect Woolacombe is a quiet 🤫 place where there are probably few things to do. There is a bus 🚌 service that runs from Ilfracombe to Woolacombe via St Brannocks Road 🛣️, Mullacott Cross ❌ , and Mortehoe or Golden Coast Camp 🏕️ ⛺️ is Taw and Torridge route 31 runs Mondays to Saturdays throughout the year except public holidays where on summer 🌞 Sundays from around May or June to September or October is operated by Stagecoach route 31. 👍👍
