Why This RARE Crossover Combo Is UNGUARDABLE | Elite Breakdown Ep. 1
Why This Rare Crossover Combo Is Unguardable.
This is episode 1 of Elite Breakdown. In this series, I'll be breaking down specific things in the game of basketball by analyzing video I have from live competition.
In this particular episode, one of my favorite moves, the Super Shake, is analyzed in detail while looking at seven different situations.
While the Super Shake may seem simple (two V-Dribbles under the same leg), you will soon see that there is much more that goes into making this move effective against good defenders.
If you've ever attempted this move, and thought that it didn't work, then it's probably due to how you performed it. Hopefully you'll learn what needs to be done to be as effective as possible with this move.
The Super Shake can be used to create an advantage off the dribble, which can result in a shot for yourself or a teammate.
If you're ready to take your game to ELITE levels, be sure to check out EliteGame.Pro and get started right away.
Thanks for watching! If you learned anything, or have any questions, let me know.

Thank you, Jay! 💯
Super handles! Missed this dude. Make sometime for the old played who still want to hoop.
Thank you, Faron! You’ve got this. 💪💯
I’m so glad you have footage when you were younger, I’m 73 a good 3 point shooter but lack those moves under the legs ,that’s why I’m here, great trick, I will try to master it, thanks.
Thanks! I love that you’re pushing yourself at 73. Keep it up. 💪💯
I do this move a lot myself ! It’s a good move for sure
🔥🔥🔥👏
There should be videos on how to defend these moves
You’re welcome to make one. 🙂
@@superhandles I don't get it, I need a video to show me how, then make videos to show other people? Super weird
@@samd7601 From a SuperHandles perspective, regardless of what the defender does, a SuperHandles Player should be prepared to counter and make the defender wrong. Watch from 09:41, and the clip shown shortly after that shows the defender anticipate the Super-Shake, yet a counter was immediately performed to beat him off-the-dribble.
@@superhandles man I'm so confused, thanks for the video tho🙂 have a great rest of the weekend✌️
@@samd7601 What are you confused about specifically?
I don’t see this workout in the super handles university app is there a brand new one?
Hi Danny. This one is not in the University at this time. The Elite Game workouts are the workouts I’m currently doing, and the next one will be posted soon. In addition, the new SuperHandles University is set to come out on 6-1-24. How has your training been going?
You still doing this handles bullsh*t?!
Thanks for watching!

But what if the defender observed you and know you perform super shake and wait for you to super shake and then guard your direction?
Good question. It’s critical to be prepared to counter. Check out the part starting at 09:41. One such counter is shown, which is the Super-Shake/Between.
Amazing
Thank you!
Geezus friggin Christ bro youre too good
Holy sh*t you didn’t age at all from the 360 spin video. That’s awesome man 👏🏾
Thank you!
Collab with the professor! Or play the professor
We actually grew up about 20 minutes from each other and played on some teams together while growing up. And we’ve played quite a bit against each other, both with teams as well as 1-on-1.
That is sick! How did you guys get better and what did you guys learn from each other?
Hello from France, this is so nicely explained, that's a nice video for anyone who wants to improve
Thank you so much for the encouraging words. I appreciate it!
Tim hardaway behind the back counter 🔥
I purchased super handles back In 2014 I still use this tips today my game is still elite 🔥
Same! I coach high school and junior high, and I have used superhandles drills for years.
@shaqberry872 Thanks for sharing that, man. Glad to hear that your game is still elite. 💯
@@dustinsanchez6471That’s really nice to hear, man. How have your players responded to the training?
After the violent shake, with the defender on his heals and turning to the inside reactively, if I didn't lower my shoulder and drive to the hoop leaning in to the defender for the possibility of drawing the foul, my coach would scream at me and threaten to yank me from the game. I can still hear his scream now. Great memories of a hard-driving coach who got a lot out of a football player thinking he could contribute in basketball.
You had that violent shake, though, Peter! That coach sounds intense-and it sounds like tried to get as much out of you as possible. 👏
Wow I feel like I’m 12 again I used to do all your workers for hours on end
That’s dedication! Very few are willing to commit like that. How did that impact your game?
Great Video, subscribed
Thank you, Aran! 💯
Great video man! Been watching your vids for years and have helped me become a better player, so thanks for that. Really enjoying these breakdown vids, keep up the good work! 💯

I’m glad to hear that! I really appreciate the encouraging words. Keep up the hard work as well. 💪💯
Good video and thanks. Sometimes i execute this drill and in my lifetime, i made 2 defenders dropped down the floor. Reminds me from an anime series Kuroko No Basuke where this character performs a quick Super shake to drop defenders to their knees.
Good work dropping those defenders. 💯 And thanks for the kind words.
definitely need more bro💯 anyway you could break down how you break down defenders off the dribble ? or when you go against aggressive defenders or defenders who force you one way
Thanks, Mookie! Those are good ideas for future videos. 💯 I have a book on that subject coming out soon as well. It’s called The SuperHandles Book Of Scoring Secrets.
@@superhandleshow long until that comes out? ima definitely grab it sir
Thank you, man. Planning to send it to the book printer in the next couple weeks. Finishing up adding pictures to it now.
Nice work Coach, thank you
Thank you, Christian. I appreciate it. 💯

Caruso in his prime
Not if you smother the baller like a noseguard in football blitzing a quarterback.
SuperHandles Players need to be prepared to counter defenders doing such actions.
That's not good defence. Blow-bys are even easier if you go closer
weight lifted at 0.6 m/s / body weight = vertical jump? ex: 200lbs/180lbs = 1.11 so 1.11 inch vertical?!?!
No. The ratio itself corresponds closely to a particular standing vertical jump height.
Head up bro cmon
You’ve just revealed your lack of scholarship, bro, c’mon.
