MY RACE CAR ENGINE SWAP TURNED INTO A DISASTER
I bought this d16z6 2 years ago and never thought about digging into it to make sure that it was good. I bought it from the same guy I had previously bought another z6 from so I didn't think anything of it. Luckily the damage we had to repair was minimal and we should be able to rebuild it and have the DX hatch set up with a "new" engine.

The cd7 accord is officially sealed off from the elements. Getting to this point seemed so far away, especially after body working this car for more than a year. From here we just need to let it cure for a week and we can start sanding down the epoxy with 320/400 grit and that should get us ready for the high build primer. The transformation of this car is incredible. What helped the most was that the interior was all there and not all beat up. This rear quarter section is the happiest I've been so far with the body work of the car. I bought a big sanding block that I believe made the difference because it allowed me to work a bigger area at once therefore giving me a better finish. It could cause a rough idle or loss in performance/ acceleration. Check your distributor cap and rotor/ spark plugs and wires

This video might be one of the most relatable I’ve seen on CZcams.. That bad input shaft bearing and the damaged threads are common issues. Despite those problems, the rod bearings looked in decent condition, I doubt that engine was knocking. Solid foundation for a build. Great work on the motor and the video!

Hello I have a 1998 Honda accord torneo cf4 manage to take off all most everything but when I went to take off the wheel hub one of the piece stayed on n looks to be on good how could I take it off
You can try to pry it off and if that doesnt work you might need to cut it with a grinder

how long do the gen5 suspensions hold up?
Hard to say because each component lasts a different amount of time than others but in general i would say every 50k miles would be good to check and make sure everything is good
