The very first consideration should always be - do you have the dedicated space to set up for airbrushing? To set up at home in your house is nigh on impossible - believe me I know. You may think of using the garage but with no natural daylight and a wife who also has hobbies that too quickly becomes a no-no. So then it’s your little shed where your garden tools, DIY tools and BBQ are kept. After those have been knocked on the head you look at additional space outside but at what cost? All I am saying is it ain’t easy or cheap to set up at all.

I’ve been piddling about with airbrushing for only 2 years and one thing it ain’t is stress free. I had no idea of your channel then and consequently have spent / wasted £ hundreds. When I was into radio controlled stuff I did exactly the same and bought what I thought was the best. Only when I met the European Champion did I learn the truth. He told me he could set me up with his exact setup for a lot of money but at the end of the day it’s all down to the prick on the stick.

Sir I asked and you delivered that CR can do what a micron does! I’ve got a CR+ that’s about 6 years old and then I started seeing the complaints about the trigger delay I thought I had bought a $200 paper weight! I guess I better get off my ass and put some paint through it! Thanks for reigniting confidence in what should be a great product!

It was great to see the FLG5 in action they are a great all round gun for the beginner as they will do primer, base and clear and give a nice finish for the price👌the DV1S laid the base and clear very nicely with a good glossy finish👍

Thanks so much for making this video .. I'm new to airbrushing and have a iwata eclipse hp-cs for painting 1/6th scale models using vellejo airbrush paints and it's been driving me crazy with the trigger sticking the air on .. I always flush the brush through with cleaner after every session and leave it in the hanger on the cleaning pot ... The angle might not be pointing down a enough ... Although I have just ordered the creos ps 289 😊 ... But I have to say your videos have inspired me to have a go at some actual art work so maybe the 270 might have been a better option 🙈
