This is the most delicious drink in the world - i always come back to it. Thankyou VERY Much ❤ One alteration i made after seeing another video as i was looking for this one is using almond extract (teaspoon) instead of vanilla extract - i would have to make 2 different batches to find the difference but at the moment the almond one is still delicious hahaha

I made one tonight, and decided to taste it before adding the sugar... doesn't need it at all, IMHO. Maybe this batch of limes was less tart? In any case I'll be tasting in future before adding any sugar. So good.

Love it, an off the beaten path cocktail that gives me a reason to dust off the bottle of Aperol that's been loitering on my shelf since the days of covid lockdown when I got into making cocktails at home. I'll be giving this one a try this weekend.

I generally like my rum funk to be a little more balanced with the oak flavor than this sounds based on your description, but it still sounds very tasty.

Love Probitas, I also love Transcontinental, I havent seen the high seas up here, but I will lookout for it. I did get the Homes Cay mixing blend and it makes a pretty interesting (non jamaican) Daiquiri. Cheers!

Great recipe but....blink....your....eyes. The staring is quite unsettling.
