Why not we have to change according to time you can try it all materials are ready available you have to buy it assemble it .

No polarity both are +12v but in some cases you may have to interchange them for proper battery charging other wise the inverter may not switch to charging. Properly understand the connections before assembling a inverter a mistake could damage the board for ever.

No just iron or hot press only thing is that the copper clad board should be perfectly clean

Use perfectly clean board scrub the board with fine sand paper or scrubber clean it with alcohol and acton do not touch the board bare hands after cleaning

Circuit layout should be taken in laser printer not in any other printer since toner is transferred to the board by heat press
