I love how encouraging you are, and I really appreciate the message. I'm going to give this a try starting this week.
Adyan hi cool
Where are you??!! I just stumbled your channel and I love it! My son turned 3 in November and I am still trying to get him to recognize letters and numbers. I just realized the old way is boring and frustrating to both of us. We need help!!
Awesome!
They aren’t your kids. They are your students. But good video.
❤
Bro says gould
Do you think that some kids need fewer questions that don't matter because it exhausts their executive function?
💯 true
You are great!

Excellent.... All focus on your child, eye contact, body language front facing, no distractions. Know when to ask questions, no when to state what we are going to do, explain why they did wasn't correct and and what is the correct way. Most of all give them lots of love!! Regardless....
People like these commenting Karens are the reason why we are raising snails. Millennial woke parents and wannabe parents are a pandemic
I taught my son letter sounds at age 2 and he knew them all (just lowercase sounds not names) then had a new baby and stopped reviewing and he forgot some. He is 4 now and I am picking it up again since finding your channel. He is really good at retaining information but I find even when I know he knows the sound he will say something else just to be silly. I am using your tips to get kids to follow directions and making it fun but ever lesson he gets silly and intentional does something different than instructed or says different sounds than the letter we are working with. What do you suggest I do differently?
Little to close bud
Coulda woulda shoulda
Bro I'm not a adult 😑
I know every sound of the letter just one problem don’t know how to put them together 😅
So good!
You’re not pushing them excessively. Helping your child reach for the best that they can be is a good thing, not something to be frowned upon. For too long we have underestimated what we are capable of. Now if you make the child feel bad because maybe they are not catching on as quickly as others, then that is obviously crossing a line. But having a healthy approach to learning is better than a lot of these parents letting their child sit on iPads all day
I like it but my daughter is in 4th grade the school system overwhelmed her in kindergarten they wanted her to be able to write a paragraph. When she was supposed to learn the long vowels they didn’t all say their name like they were supposed to. There’s a lot like the word give. I think she’s going to have to memorize words like I did because as of now we tried blending and everything else and she’s to far behind. This summer I’m giving her 10 spelling words a week that end in the same letters most of which are 4 letter words leading up to 7 letter words to see if that can catch her up. I’ll let you know how it goes.
God bless
Is there some literature about this so I can learn more?
This is gold! Thank you
Am I school teaches me
How can I buy this book.I am from Viet Nam.
Thank you for sharing this TRUTH with me. God had revealed my capability to how he can use me. Bad influences who reject God are hindering me. Gotta keep listening to God and His Holy Bible.😊
Needed this for paediatrics
🙏🙂
This is why I believe dance and specifically ballet classes teach anything because those teachers tend to use these techniques naturally. It awesome to see, my nana was a preschool teacher and the most respected woman no one crossed and she raised us just like this. I now will think of this video and the statement “What would nana do?
The big mistake i so often observe is the parent asking permission, "OK?"
Amazing video..I need help with my 2 year old..he is not speaking much words..he babbles a lot but not clear words. Should I be worried ? Can you teach how to make him speak more words and clearly. He listens and understands everything I ask him. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
By age 2, Children say two-word phrases, such as: "Dog sit." "Mommy go." If your child is not near this milestone, even using single words, then it would be recommended to talk to your child’s pediatrician and ask for a referral for an evaluation. Also, there are tons of resources out there like HeadStart that support parents and children with evaluations, guidance, assistance, and intervention for things like this. Gotta do your homework, ask around, because no one can advocate for your child more than you. And the sooner the intervention and support, the sooner and better your child can develop their skills and abilities - Before 5 years old is soooo crucial! Good luck!
Thank you for this 😊
My girl just turned 2! Is it a good idea to start now or would it be too much?
Thank you for your calm and reassuring voice and wisdom. Do you think other than facing the child directly that your mechanisms and be applied when dealing with online students?
