Hi Mam, my son had delayed speech until 3 years old and after that he started talking . He is 8 years of now , he is very good in academics , he reads books , he is eager to learn new things .. But my concern is he is always preoccupied with some thoughts . If we talk something interesting to him he will reply but basic questions like did your eat or bath at that he will rely only after we ask for few times . He watches tv 1 hour per day no games . He plays well with his friends . His teachers say he learns quickly . However I feel at home he is always thinking about something. Is there anything to worry about .Thank you
