Im pretty sure that even though im human, im also what people attack in the name of God. Unfortunately, dualistic mindsets and all that jazz. Groups are constantly chipping away at me on God's behalf and all seem to have the impression that I'm of the serpent variety. So I'm used to creating what i need out of nothing, and 3/4 of it goes fine, but it's been a lifetime struggle to benefit from what i work for, and im 44, and the beings that answer my distress either want to finish me off, or have compassion and might help, but i can't see it in results, but they are good invisible companions.

this roman catholic priest is trying to heist us into believing mary was a perpetual virgin, despite the bible clearly saying Jesus had brothers and sisters. he implies joseph married mary, but never had sex with her. oh, perfect! this supports the 4 roman catholic doctrines of mariology, established at the 3rd ecuminical council of ephesus in 431 a.d., and in conjunct with the wishes of the roman empire to adopt the pagan mother-son god relationship, began in ancient sumer, in order to add more loyal converts in the roman empire.

I suspect that with all the peoples with ite ending their names, and the host, and with things that i correlate in my own life, that we (mite) be talking about a human having love and wanting to provide for the parasite kingdom after his departure. I don’t think the scripture telling us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves is a command telling us we need to love ourselves. It’s a command telling us to love our neighbors as we ALREADY love ourselves. Big distinction.

It’s so true. I grew up Baptist and experienced a few other non-Catholic denominations in and after college. The Holy Spirit gave me a hunger for truth and it wasn’t until I started getting to know the Catholic Church and what it really teaches (partly through Fr. Mike’s videos at first!) that I began to feel at home-even more than I did at my literal “home.” And at peace increasingly with God and others of good will because more able to live in the truth. It’s hard to explain, but I know that this is the real thing and that I was brought here by God because he loves me. Praying for everyone who needs help taking the next step in faith. I promise it’s worth it!

I don't feel like anyone really loves me.

Surely specks of the host fall to the ground when put on the hand and carried to the mouth. Rarely do I see anyone looking for visible specks on their hands even. I am in desperate need of a video or article about a grossly unequal marriage. My husband and I (not married in the church) have very different views on what marriage is. There is no “sharing” a life with him, he doesn’t “share” well, and certainly doesn’t see marriage as a sacrament.

What if it’s to protect a pet from a 93 year old dad who is causing pancreatitis by feeding table scraps? The dog is at least 20 pounds overweight and dad thinks he’s treating her but it’s hurting her. Her latest bout included throwing up everywhere. The vet said no more table scraps. When we try to tell him the truth, he ignores us and sneaks and feeds her when he thinks we’re not looking, then denies it. So I bought some new dog food and told him it is vet recommended and has medicine in it. That the dog can die (she can die!). Is this something I must confess? It should I just say nothing and let the dog die?

Not sure I can make sense of this. I would hope that priests could help us focus .. but 'which priest do we choose' for our confession ? Churches seem to compete, often with slightly differing dogmas .. and many churches & priests have issues of their own that they've not always solved. I personally try to read scripture regularly and to take in differing views and 'seek spiritual truth' .. it's a pity as I feel confession would benefit me ... I also feel God's presence & the Holy Spirit in everything around me ...
