how can i get leads to refer?

Is it less expensive to work from home as a referral agent, meaning not having to pay MLS FEES and office space fees?

I don't know man...I biased towards being a Referral Agent. I think you can make a lot more money that way. Instead of putting out fires all day like an active real estate does, you can focus on generating leads and making connections. A more efficient use of time in my opinion.

It’s true no state taxes.. but every thing else is more expensive now Rental is crazy.. all shops are expensive and what shocked me as a midwestern is how humble the downtown is .. all the wow factor is Disney and it is not affordable Kind of disappointing Hope free entertainment at least a modern downtown will be better
