They were just in diapers yesterday, now they're in school.

Wow! The girls are going to school! Big girls! This brought back memories of my son’s first day at school. I was JUST able to hold it together, but as I got to my car the tears came. And it wasn’t really his first day that made me cry, because he’d been to pre-school. It was the other kids who were crying.

The girls are so sweet. It's so hard as parents to let go and trust your children are in good hands. Which I know they are. But I worry because I don't want them to be corrupted by naughty children. You guys understand. I want to protect them forever. But we can't right? They have to grow up. And we know we instilled good values and morals in our kids. We've taught them right from wrong. So now we let go together as parents. Letting our children learn and grow and flourish. Bottom line, they'll be great. And I hope they have fun.
