What if your controller only connects with one cable, like literally it only works with one singular one and that one only? More in depth to it being that charger being the only one the controller will be turned on by, my controller is very loyal to a charger of mine.

Just noticed that if the controller has been added before (and therefore shows up under "input" as "Not connected", then you need to remove it from there and add it again. Otherwise it won't show up.

In my case no provided option helped. I fully discharged a Macbook and only then it started to charge.

Controller won't show up on the add device bluetooth pop up. My motherboard has bluetooth..

Option number 5: if you have a usb type c - swap the ends of the wire. The one you plug into computer plug it in the charger and the charger's end to the computer. I dunno why, but it magically works.

None of these worked for me, very weird because both ports worked, I connected a hardrive. Also use my charger on another mac and nothing. It’s received power but it just won’t charge
