My final thoughts to conclude my set of reviews, short medium and long term of the Benchmade bugout. Discussing bits I've overlooked in previous videos and some chopping highlights etc! General summary of things that didn't occur to me until I'd had this knife a good while and used it daily. All things worth knowing before you splash out!

This is a review of the Victorinox Swiss soldiers knife. This knife was my first serious knife purchase, it's now probably nearing 10 years old. It's had a hard life but for its age i think it's in good shape. This knife has been used as a general utility and work knife so has slight damage, but still gets the job done! Hope you enjoy!

I agree. It is available right now for $69.00 (that's USD) but even still, not quite enough knife for that imo. On sale at Chicago Knife Works
Treat each edge as a regular flat grind. 20 degrees per side. Go slow. Mind the secondary tip if you wish to preserve it. This should actually be easier than a sweeping blade profile because you dont have to turn or lift the blade on each pass. If you can sharpen a sheepsfoot or kiridashi, you can sharpen a tanto. Lmk if you want me to send you a demo video of me doing it.
Nice review, straight forward no nonsense. Just to add/help, you know on the camera pouch that removes, you can fold the extra material (with the cinch cord) back on itself so it’s out of the way when you open the back part

Benchmade has brought the Bugout model into their Custom Knife Builder service. You can choose glass-filled nylon and G10 in multible colors and blade in M4, cpm s30v, cpm 20cv. very cool.
