There are a number of errors in the summary of Assange. One example: Swedish police did send someone to interview Assange and he gave the interview in London in 2015. He had also been quesitoned prior to that in Sweden. Nils Melzer, representing the United Nations, interviewed the victims and found no legal standard of rape applied, based on the women, who themselves said they were interested in getting Assange to take an STD test after communicating with each other. The case was dismissed as non-criminal by the first prosecutor who looked at the case and then shelved. Later, mysteriously, it was re-opened (and presumed to be for political reasons by Assange's legal team). When Melzer interviewed the two women they seemed more concerned with their treatment as political pawns by Sweden than by Assange.

As for not knowing how the CIA bugged the embassy. It's public record that it was done by a security firm called UC Global, which had the contract to provide security to the embassy. Sheldon Adelson (the largest Republican donor) negotiated with UC Global to turn themselves into a CIA proxy. Every time people came into the embassy to visit Assange their phones were taken away and hacked, including journalists. They also bugged his room when installed new windows.

And certainly Assange was not a Trump supporter, but like many believed in the concept of the uni-party where war is the binding factor between the major US political parties, which are both corrupt. Just because Assange published material leaked to him by a whistleblower does not make him a partisan. The story that Paul Manafort visited Assange to offer a quid pro quo to Assange has been debunked along with pressure by many media commentators for the Guardian to take down the article that falsely made that claim.

The issue of Assange not cleaning up for himself was well known to be smears orchestrated by Sir Alan Duncan, according to his own memoir. You are dealing with an information/disinformation war, so be careful with what you swallow whole.

The torn top edge of the ransom note matched the torn piece left in the notebook for each page. Also, and this is an unexplainable point - there were NO fingerprints on the note. So a ghost picked it up and moved it from the stairs to the kitchen counter then? Or the parents read it in place on the step? I think not.

There Was NO Pineapple Found IN JonBenet's Stomach (Check The Official Autopsy Report Findings). There WAS A "Fruit/Veg-LIKE Material" Which "COULD Represent Pineapple" Found In Her Duodenum (Or Upper Small Intestine) Which Takes At Least 2-6 Hours For Food To Arrive There. But There Were Also Later Discovered Cherry & Grape Skins Found In Her Intestinal Tract Too (From Univ of CO Boulder Studies Published In Paula Woodward's Book), So Where Did Those Come From ?!?!? Victim Advocates, Jedamus & Morlock, Are Known To Have Brought "bagels & Fruit" To The Crime Scene That Morning (from P.M.P.T.), Perhaps That Bowl Of Pineapple Was Theirs ?!?!? All In All I Think The Pineapple Is Yet Another Red Herring In This Case, It Certainly Will Never Lead Us To Who Actually Killed This Poor Little Girl.

The Head Injury Likely Happened LAST, Not First !!! There Was Petechial Hemorrhaging In Her Eyes, Half-Moon Claw Marks On Her Neck, & Only 8-10cc (less than a teaspoon and a half) Of Blood On Her Skull. Had She Been Hit First, There Would Have Been Much More Swelling, And Likely No Petechial Hemorrhaging Or Half-Moon Claw Marks. It Certainly Did NOT Occur 45 Minutes to 1 Hour Before, As Some Have Claimed.

A very entertaining discussion. This 'bradwilliams' who comments below is a heavily biased troll that spreads his opinionated nonsense on every Ned Kelly related video uploaded to CZcams. All of his diatribe is from the law enforcement perspective and he refuses to even discuss any other possibility due to his dogmatic belief system. He has been called out as wrong and spreading misinformation many, many times. The simple fact that Ned Kelly had a vast amount of sympathisers across North east Victoria during the Kelly Gang's 18 Months on the run as outlaws, clearly shows that it was divided whether people considered Ned an uneducated thuggish terrorist or a victim of Constabulary prejudice and harassment. If you research into the 1870's Land Acquisition laws and the resulting Social Divides caused by the corrupt landed gentry Squattocracy's abuse of 'dummy' bidders to purchase whatever farmland they wanted - you can understand the reason why Ned Kelly had so many sympathisers. Ned Kelly took all the responsibility for the killings at the Stringybark Creek shoot-out, we don't know who shot Constable Lonigan, Constable Scanlan or Sergeant Kennedy - it could have been any of the Kelly Gang as it was a shoot-out. Constable McIntyre claimed it was Ned Kelly that shot Constable Lonigan and Constable Scanlan - but how could he be sure when all four of the Gang fired shots. Dan Kelly was shot in the shoulder - so shots were fired on both sides. Ned Kelly claimed he also shot Sergeant Kennedy to put him out of his misery - did he though - it could have been any of the Kelly Gang, Ned Kelly just accepted responsibility - especially if it was in fact Dan, who Ned may have been trying to protect from such a charge. In regards to the Aaron Sherritt murder, Aaron was a double agent spy for the Kelly Gang. The Gang knew full well that Aaron was spying for the police only to lead the astray from where the Gangs movements truly were. Superintendent Hare rated Aaron Sherritt as one of his best spies, but Detective Ward was suspicious and knew Aaron was deliberately giving false information for the Kelly Gang. Aaron was ultimately set-up as a traitor to the Kelly Gang by Detective Ward, who spread gossip and rumours of Aaron being a turncoat. Joe Byrne may have been led to believe (with help of his mother Margret Byrne and a blasphemous comment made to her by Sherritt) that his best friend was a traitor, by these false rumours. When Aaron was completely innocent of any traitorous action. Detective Ward was heavily criticised by the Royal Commission Inquiry of 1881 and recommended to be "censured and reduced one grade." The Kelly Gang were heavily supported by the poor Selectors and the simple fact that the reward money of £8000 was never taken up by any of them is very telling. All the spies used by the Constabulary were costing the Victorian Government a fortune (£115,000 by the end) yet none of the spies intelligence ever got close to the Kelly Gang over 18 months? The sympathisers for the Kelly Gang were verging on a guerrilla army in revolt, and even the use of farming plough mouldboards for the Kelly Gang's armour, can be seen to reflect the poetic reference to the farmers and the Land itself, the symbology is profound. It has to be noted that once Ned Kelly was pronounced an 'Outlaw' from society, he considered himself 'at war' with the Protestant British empire, the Victorian Government and their Constabulary. 'War' and 'murder' differ because murder is legally defined as unlawful - while killing in war is sanctioned under the rules of war - so the derailment of the Special Police Train was planned under the case for 'war'. It was also well known to Superintendent Hare that the Kelly Gang were going to derail the rail lines somewhere after Benalla, as he was warned in advance - warned by whom is unknown. Yet Superintendent Hare allowed civilians and reporters onto the Special Police Train? Superintendent Hare was also heavily criticised by the Royal Commission Inquiry of 1881. The Kelly outbreak is full of 'grey areas' - nothing is known in enough fact to be so precise on anything - and the trial of Ned Kelly has long been branded a miscarriage of justice with experts, including the exChief Justice of Victoria, believing his court case was hopelessly unfair. They argue that Judge Redmond Barry was biased, the jury improperly instructed, and his conviction unsafe.

Our nation's first modern prosecution of war crimes was of the man who reported war crimes. We've given multiple confirmed war criminals effectively a pardon for their war crimes committed in Afghanistan at the request of the United States. I don't know that Australia or Australian solicitors are the best to talk about prosecution of war crimes when we seem to do it the other way around and prosecute complainants rather than prosecute offenders. I enjoy the content usually but war crimes is not something our government has prioritised as relevant for the attorney general to look into.

That's an interesting topic. Keeping criminal history from juries can foster fairer trials by preventing bias based on past actions and ensuring verdicts are based solely on the evidence presented in court. It allows for a focus on the specifics of the case rather than potentially prejudicial information. It's a step towards ensuring that justice is blind and decisions are made impartially.

A TV Doco series was made about Lane. Before that incident, Lane had (unbeknownst to her friends or family) given birth at least 2 or 3 times before and given the babies up for adoption. With the last baby, Lane claims she gave the baby to the father (of whose name she was unsure of despite having a sexual relationship with him and her boyfriend for some time). Lane's continual story changes throughout her interviews & often lack of cooperation probably didn't help her case IF she was innocent.

@@annefischer3530 I won't pretend to know the laws in whatever state this is in (if it was even mentioned in this vid'), and not going to research it. HOWEVER, while we all might be more comfortable when a victim is found with a bloody finger, after having scrawled a dying statement in their own blood, naming their killer; THAT might well be a mistake, as such 'evidence' could be easily staged by the actual killer to implicate a false suspect. THAT being said, while many states do not allow murder charges to be filed without corporeal evidence (and certainly, the death penalty should NEVER be considered without remains indicating mortal wounds.), SOME states WILL allow murder charges to be filed, without having a body (or body parts) in evidence...although, clearly, most people are going to be skeptical, when there is no body. That being said in 'special' cases such as this (i.e. a 2 day-old baby did not run away, like a 14 year-old might), the disappearance of a completely helpless baby must be presumed to involve some sort of criminal activity. How they decided on this theory is unknown to me, but not surprising. If she didn't do it, I feel bad for her; but I feel worse for the baby.
