Looks like the cream of the crop here I’m a retired ex pat builder in oz and this place is certainly up there at the top end 👍😘
Couple of questions for you as a builder at 3:14 would you have put the towel rail where is is so it is right next to the shower so it gets wet through or would you have tucked it around the corner to the right next to where the mirror is. Also at 3:30 would you have a glass shelf above another towel rail so close to the shower head wet floor wet feet and glass do not mix well

Nice estate. (or should I say development.?). Rather overlooked so not the best plot. - I would have chosen one backing on to the woodland. Well planned and fitted out but why the fake Tudor? Yuk!
