I think the wrap will last longer than a sharpie. You can order 5 inch sample pieces

This is my first time using Detroit Axle for a caliper. My G6, every suspension part was from Detroit Axle. I live 10 minutes away from them
I guess we'll see if I die or not
You need to crack the valve in the new caliper and let fluid run for a bit then close and fill , then pump otherwise air will be stuck
I did that in the full video
One side was abnormally worn compared to the other, slide pin holes need a clean out and regrease at the least
I replaced the entire caliper. It was time for a upgrade

With laying in stripes, it's better to fade out to the back of the car. Have both inner and outer lines follow the contour slightly. In other words, if you are 2" at the grill, be like 2 1/4 at the back + or -. It's why if you look straight at the car, your drivers side is almost perpendicular to the roof, and the other looks slightly angled. Body lines can be a pain even with measuring. Also, if you like a tip with transfer tape. If its paper damp a rag and wipe it on the tape when done applying. Makes peeling it off much easier.
I can try that next time. This whole wrap is just something I did since I was bored. On a client car I flair the back of the stripe by 1/4 inch like you said

A designer make the graphic and I do the install. Its printed and laminated at a local print shop

The casket have to designed and printed, so it a little bit different than car vinyl

What kind of vinyl paper do you use? I am using 222-54 vinyl paper, but it alway has Bubbles when I put the artwork on the casket. Is it the heater gun to removes the bubbles? what kind of Gloves you are using?
This is General Formulations print vinyl that laminated. Getting the bubbles out is more of practice. Ive been wrapping for a few years and worked with a lot of different vinyl, so I kinda learned how to work it. Im wearing a "Wrap Glove Ghost Glove".
