Hey Hunter - that's very interesting... Would it be fair to say that to try and balance and juggle the various "rests" would be stressful... so maybe just "take them" when you notice you need them? Case in point... I go walk 5km 4x per week... I think clearer when I'm physically busy with something else... I.e. no distractions. I think you're doing extremely well. Recognizing issues and either doing something about it or trying something new and see what works is really great. Very tough getting out if one's own mind when you work full time and is physically and emotionally drained at the end of the day! Wishing you a good week ahead... remember to be kind to Hunter 😉🌹🕊
