Well, I'm better off at 63% on both sides! LOL Having Graston done on my hanstrings tomorrow for the first time. I've had it on my neck, shoulders and back but now having my hamstrings done. I'm too tight in my hamstrings and hips and that's not helping my low back pain! I seriously recommend Graston to EVERYONE! It's a game changer!
