JA'KOBE WALTER - scouting report
A relatively raw player who still needs some experience to explode to his full potential, but you can already feel his tremendous talent and potential as a 3nD player. Despite a reviewable shot selection, he has shown great versatility in shooting in pull-ups, catch-and-shoot, and off-screens. Very good center of gravity in penetration can absorb contact and finish. Must-improve 1v1 defense, lateral quickness, and defensive slides are basically absent, but you can see he has very good reads that give hope for a rapid improvement even in his first year in the league.

They already have two centers that defend far better. What makes this guy interesting is his offense. He is not athletic or long enough to be an effective NBA defender. He is actually a below the rim 7 footer.
