Sketchbook Technique: Let’s collage with deli paper in our sketchbook!
Hey y'all! In this tutorial I show you how to use deli paper to cover up a spread in my sketchbook that I didn't really like. I like the deli paper because it's transparent so you still see a hint of whats underneath. Like looking through a window with shear curtains. It's a simple and effective way to alter art.

Hey y'all! It's time to clean our paint brushes! I feel like this is something you don't really learn in school or in local/online classes. Though, it's an important and necessary chore to do right to help keep your supplies in good working order over time. Never leave your brushes sitting in water. Always clean them after use. Hey Rachel, thanks for making this video. Really educational and I love that you use the colors that you make in your scrapbook to help design the final product that is on that page. Like the blue in the sky or the green against the buildings and trees. Just really neat. The other thought I had about this, is that these big colorful shapes in your scrapbook, I think subconsciously encourage you to do your art in big shapes rather than overworking the finer details. And that impressionist kind of artwork, is something I’m really drawn to. Love it!
