chlorine is excellent for all gardens. It prevents root decay .when your food source begins to flower switch to regular water. urine is harmful to all plants unless it is evaporated to crystalline form. You don't know anything all you're doing is pissing on your food.

Does well water usually contain chlorine ?
And people wonder's why and how e coli gets on their vegetables that they buy. Because people like this nitwit is pissing in a bucket or jair and making piss water to put around the vegetable plants. I will stay with Miracle Grow and animal manure.

Why not just add ammonia?
Doesn’t work as well. Lacks the other macro and micro nutrients. Plus urine is free 😊
This video makes me wonder if ammonia could be used as a fertilizer, too. Without turning it into ammonium nitrate, that is.
You certainly can. I’ve tried it, however I find urine gives much better results due to all the other micro and macro nutrients. Plus it’s organic and free 😅

I live in a tiny ground floor apartment with no outside area for planting. My south side is shaded by the second floor walkway. Any suggestions?
Hi Melody, you will most likely need grow lights. Any T5 fixture is suitable. If you're just starting out I'd avoid LED fixtures because there are lots of cheap products on the market. T5 is easiest. The link in the video description is a training that includes indoor growing know-how. Check it out if it interests you. Either way, best of luck with your growing endeavors!

James, thank you so much for the educational videos they are priceless , we are 60 some years old and we love growing the orange hat dwarf tomatoes non gmo from baker in winter.we are using knock off areogardens but the A and B fertilizer that you mix from China is kind of expensive when you are on fixed incomes and not really that great. Would you be so kind to recommend a solution and how to mix it in 1 gallon at a time? Thank you James for the great educational videos. Dale & Pam Baird

You know if you fill up a 5 gallon bucket or 55 gallon barrel with tap water and sit it out in the sun it won't be chlorinated for long .

You can apply weekly at a minimum, and can scale up to adding more as plants grow and their nitrogen demands increase. Just keep an eye out for signs of "burning" the plants (yellowing leaves). Keep growing!

@@Mister.Doodler Unfortunately, I pulled it from YT to re-film. Sorry about that. Will update it soon enough. In the meantime, the basics are: Use a carbon filter hose attachment, or add a small vitamin C tablet to a bucket of water and let sit for a few hours, or aerate water for 24 hours before using. The ultimate of course being rain water. Hope that helps!

Test for forever chemicals. Organic farmer in texas had a neighbor who use human waste fertilizer. Run off has destroyed his organic farm. Sadly, forever chemicals found in human waste.
