I think it only increases damage to the melee and grenade while super is active but thats a pretty good idea it would allow me to use class abilities twice in one damage phase.. gonna have to try it

Guess this the reason why they did not give warlocks fusion grenades instead of healing grenades

Hellion does a bit more but nothing crazy if using star eater. I tested it on this ogre and it did ~30k more. Without star eater though the gap was wider being ~150k. Not really sure how. I only would use my SoF melee

Been trying to get this roll too. 90ish rolls later and the best I have is necrotic/star 😭. Demo rocket is for sure the way to go if you need some range but try Acrius for close range! I managed to hit nearly 5 million damage solo with it. I've uploaded the video if you'd like to check it out

@@Surf272yea just watched ur video pretty impressive applying jolt with thr sidearm is pretty smart too was meaning to try this strat but I don’t have LoA yet have u tried to do some damage with that new stasis legendary GL it does damage over time as well

using apothesis grenades / melee after super is kind of trolling, you should be using heavy ammo

@@elitesnake636 same way as in the video. Demolitionist, dragon breath fuel from more ignitions, reload on freeze/suppress fragment if using prismatic. Or sealed ahamkara. That would work. Don't know if apotheosis benefits persist after a swap for that last idea.

There’s a difference between burst and sustained. Learn it. (Burst is better in 99% of encounters in this game)

Yea:/ Well just facet of command got nerfed so you can’t spam two-taied fox as mich anymore But working on different strat that can do as much damage as this and with star eater👍

Oh yea was thinking of doing that but too bad they nerfed facet of command so you can’t really spam two-tailed fox anymore:/ Im working on a different strategy to mimic this same damage and wana try using star eater with and solipsism once i get the roll

You can still weaken and unravel or sever whatever the melee is doing lol dragons breath and maybe a fusion or a sniper if the boss has a good crit or is too far once your super wears off ( given that's a pretty long damage phase) I just don't know if the dragons breath x5 spam is more DMG than the explosive light .

@@Beast_m0de1206 From what I've seen, D-Breath has comparable damage numbers when combined with a weaken nade or even jolt, and it seems a lot comfier to use than the demo rocket combo.

​@@thekungachunga4578demo has a cooldown and can only proc so often so using Dragons Breath would allow you to use a demo weapon in another slot without slowing the rhythm

Don't think it would work out unfortunately. I'm pretty sure Demo has a cooldown that would prevent it from activating that much

All do respect you’re talking about doing damage in a different scenario with a team and stuff i could do a different strategy like what you are talking about but that’s not what i wanted to showcase here .. i really just wanted to showcase damage as a solo player an easy rotation for the average casual player.. i could’ve pumped out more damage if i wanted to but obviously i didn’t use my rotations correctly and was using a rocket that wasn’t correct with the surges not only that but i shot my witherhoard only once in my rotation .. really just wanted to show some base damage Im not saying you are wrong just wanted to do something different here instead of doing all these weapon/class swaps mid fight

@@tthieve I gotcha. What I was getting at too is tractor can be just as effective with some more benefits. Just a change of grenade and a little more skill to hit those crits

I guess. new rotation for the tractor guy assuming no one else is setting up ignitions or jolts cause the dmg wont overlap and its just a loss in a team setting. Other wise solo dps is still just going to be better running something other than tractor cause the ceiling for this rotation is pretty high.

no, but it’s better to get max motes and double dunk. you can refer to the solo wr from crew for example
