    I have been struggling with osteoarthritis of the left hip since December 2023, after doing the 3 exercises that I have just watched in your video I'm sure that I can already feel some relief. I have had several sessions with a physiotherapist and they haven't proven to be of any benefit. Thank you so much 😊👍🏻

    Very good, I'm a76 active male who has sciatic problem for several years and lower back pain from a motorcycle wreck at 21 years of age. This video has made a difference and also a realization that I need to stretch much more than I normally. I still ride motorcycles and even being retired I work on all 5 of our vehicles plus other projects I do. I will be here as many days as I can. Thank you, Bob Thompson

    Thanks Mam....am 72 yrs old n it was really great..both the chair exercises for sciatica, hips n also the wall exercises as I have problem getting down on to the mat due to arthritic issues.     Thanks so much for making these videos. I am recovering from foot surgery and am sitting sooo much. These chair workouts make a HUGE difference in my comfort level and help me stay balanced, positive and pain free in my hips, back and sciatic while I recover. I can't wait to try some of your other videos when I am boot free!

    I’m half way through Tessa’s chair yoga teacher training. I have attended a few of her in person chair classes as well. I used to also be a full time yoga teacher and am a yoga teacher and an acupuncturist now. This practice is a total game changer personally and professionally! Tessa is an incredible, authentic, real and very wise teacher. Can’t say enough about the training or her classes. ❤

    With 4 or more hot yoga class by week the B mat cant not dry and become moldy… You cant not wash it entirely just wipe it. I have now Manduka pro lite + yogatoes towel no problem. Plus Manduka last a lot longer than Bmat or rubber mat …. But it not biodegradable …. What you can do with youre old Manduka Mat is donate to someplace who they can use them as rubber mat and cut them for they needs….

    I always thought of chair yoga as something for “old” people, you have completely changed my thinking. I just had foot surgery and cannot bear any weight on it, but it has caused sciatica to flare up because I haven’t been able to do my regular full yoga practices. You have brought me relief! I am excited to be healed and explore your channel and work you into my regular practices as well! THANK YOU for amazing content and your positive messages.

    Thank you so much for sharing this. 12 days into my healing journey after a very intense car accident. I absolutely appreciated this practice, it helped me really start to figure out how to release that intense tension , will be using this often to help my body come back to itself.     I was in a car accident a year ago & it has altered my world in ways I cannot fathom, from someone who knew their body so well, doing yoga everyday- I became terrified of my own body/mind which was a new experience for me. My back naturally wants to arch up when I lay down now but after I did this practice I was flat against the floor, I cried of happiness. Thank you so much for guiding me today.
