FUEL CELL VS BATTERY EV. The Future
As automotive transportation evolves, hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) and battery electric vehicles (BEVs) emerge as leading contenders to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move away from fossil fuels.
FCEVs convert hydrogen gas into electricity via an electrochemical process, offering fast refueling time similar to gasoline vehicles. Hydrogen can be produced sustainably, yet infrastructure for production, storage, and distribution remains a challenge.
BEVs store electrical energy in rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, providing zero tailpipe emissions and low maintenance. Battery range has significantly improved, and the charging infrastructure is growing. However, BEVs still face limitations in range, infrastructure, and the environmental impact of battery production and disposal.
FCEVs and BEVs both contribute to reducing emissions and improving air quality, but their adoption depends on infrastructure, consumer preferences, and policy and regulation. Cost, performance, and battery recycling are other factors to consider.
The future of automotive transportation is likely a combination of FCEVs and BEVs, alongside emerging technologies like autonomous vehicles and vehicle-to-grid technology. Advancements in research and development, infrastructure, policy, and consumer preferences will shape a cleaner and more sustainable transportation system.

Why Electric cars are Rear Wheel Drive ?
zhlédnutí 9KPřed rokem
Most internal combustion cars these days are Front wheel drive due to lot of advantages. But electric cars are different with different set of challenges and advantages. Most manufacturers choose to have Rear wheel drive layout over front wheel drive layout especially when the cars are based on "born ev platforms" (not the case for ice cars converted an ev). This video discusses in short about ...

I love my civic si with sodium valves..I also love the ferrari 355 wich I dont have lol
Now I can understand why Young's modulus of steel > Young's modulus of concrete, thx 🫡
Was that english🤔
Thank you 👍🙏 so much Highly informative educative video Thank you again
FWD makes sense because of simplicity and compactness. For example the inverter, charger, motor, transmission and differential can all be stacked in the front. And it’s easier to do the liquid cooling.
Cybertruck, ay😂
Wider tires do not usually "harm handling", in most cases they improve handling by providing more grip - that means better cornering and acceleration. But there are limits. Very wide front tires invite understeer, especially on FWD and AWD cars. I found the best setups for sports cars is wide rear tires and narrower fronts.
Wth 10000 N•m of torgue? That's not a car, that's dump truck Belaz
Width and force was incorrect. Force is for surface area not width.
I.A.
Very good explanation. Thank you
Very good explanation. Thankyou
thank you for the amazing visualizations!
Interesting but the wider tyre physics is more complex. The video assumes a perfectly smooth road surface whereas in reality the surface is rough. Hence despite lower point pressure the wider tyre has more grip.
not only the first video but also the best explaining one..! 👍
Thankyou so much! this is a great video
I had to reduce play speed to be able to hear and understand you.
Hi there, my question is not related to the topic here. bumped into your video while i was searching for some answers. I drive an old model x. it came with 265 45 20 in Front and 275 45 20 Rear. the wheels are 20x9 Front nd 20x19.5 Rear. the Rear Right (passenger side) tire is wearing out way faster than the Rear Left. Please advise.
has this expert never heard of Fraunhofer paste the numbers would be even more impressive no real tank weight and a very safe dispersal system with little danger of catastrophic fire there's the solution yesterdays men are slowing progress wringing their hands with fear that their day is done
extremely hard to understand what he was saying, subtites didnt help either, pictures kinda explained what he said tho👍
big = bike
Amazing pro
What about wide high profile Tyres? I want to put some wider tyres on my Chevy.. not that wide just a little bit
Thanks 😊
Great explanation and great animation 😍 😍
How long can be a shock absorber fully compressed without damage?
Man is smaller wheels faster or not?
Soo what is safer, absorbing the gshock.. or getting crushed by the metals (and also absorbing some of the g-shock?)
Great video
I laugh at these over engineered over complicated computer /tracking devices on wheels, what mechanic would work on this? you Need Airconditioning experts , high voltage AC/DC electrical engineer, An I.T. expert and god knows who else. It's a joke, a totally disposable car that will never even last long enough to ever be called a classic historic vehicle. This is because they won't be worth replacing the battery. Which you would need electrical fitters and HI voltage AC/DC engineers to do. Till charging times and battery technology changes they are not a viable option for road trips of transportation of goods.
Oh my god.... why Indian keep talking like that 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
What the hell did he say???
Bloody nice guy though…. 😂
Namaste mate
Question, does weight matter at all when taking into account the wheel size. Because also getting smaller wheels would be lighter too right
By far the best explanation. Thanks!
It's tough to listen to him, then I turned on the CC, and WHAM! it's in Indian letters and language, which I can't read 😂😂😂🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Spot on. But should have also explained about rim size/tyre size pros cons
Thankful.
Bro you need a different guy to put the voice in your video and also good equipment for recording, other than that nice video, very informative
Very hard to understand his speech
I can't understand your English
Nice
Im using 185 /60/R15 tyre what pressure psi air i need to put ?
Fantastic explanation
Thank you for this video
Background music annoying
why do you need a condenser and evaporator in the cabin as different devices? Couldn't you use the same one having both functions depending on the temperature of the coolant?
i like ur background music , whats the title please?
Contact patch surface has nothing to do with tire width. The only two variables are weight supported per tire and tire pressure. Ex 500lbs / 30 lbs/sq in = 16.67 sq in. Tires are side walls flexible it’s not like there a steel wheels. The geometry of the path change but not the size. Your physic is wrong. Low profile tires must be wider since the radius from wheel to the ground gets smaller from the flat segment of the side of te contact patch. Force is applied to the surface of the contact patch and not on a linear width of the tire. PS some of the sidewall stiffness can change the surface.
Narrow tires are less likely to hydroplane, give better fuel economy, can be more durable, run cooler, are typically more affordable, are better at digging down for traction when applicable, and contribute to provide better acceleration if wheelspin is not an issue.
