Is the shifter cable that broke a beefed up one that comes with the dog box? I understand the shifts are fast and violent with a dog box. Probably not a job for stock cables. Good luck out there, I enjoy your videos

What’s funny as I broke that same exact amount that you have on a stock ABA I was wondering why my shifter was moving around a lot and I could never get into gears
I’m not sure if it’s just me or not but when you just come off of a gear change your clutch Seems to slip a little bit
Can't confirm that but I would think it would be slipping a lot under acceleration? It needs to be replaced though
@@team8v id upgrade the clutch for sure or do a dsg like im doing lol theres a few standalone ecu/tcms thatll shift the dsg like the maxxecu pro or there is a guy in belarus that makes a standalone one

@@team8v on my CZcams channel my grandpa and I are going to figure out on how to get the DSG to work we pulled it apart somewhat, and the clutches are like brand new so I think either set up failed or it’s just a thought it was slipping. I got it for 25 bucks.
Where do you get your E85? I can’t seem to find any around me. Actually, there is one about 2 1/2 hours away, but that would just be a complete waste of a trip.

Got my rabbit out on the road and holy crap if i knew abas made them actually somewhat decently fast i would’ve done that YEARS ago but i think its time to do a differential bolt kit on my mk3 020 im only looking for like 300-400hp should i do the bolt kit or just go with a 02j?
