Those FNAF ransomware videos don't make much sense because how would upload the footage if all your files were encrypted and even if you pay the ransom I don't think the hackers always restore the files.
Albeit it was based on a dream the creator of THIS ransomware whole or deal had. I'm pretty sure it didn't mean to blow up the way it did. Honestly, people shouldn't take things too seriously if it didn't mean to blow up. Plus, the videos where it starts from the title screen don't make any sense as well. (Yes, I am a suspect to this. The video here starts on the title screen.) There is ransomware out there that infects and encrypts the files. I've dealt with a situation like this myself after falling for a fake download link. (Blame Edge for making THAT the top link) Plus, the recording gets lost upon a shutdown or a restart. So it'd take the PC owner extra steps to recover the files that were lost. Or, in this case, probably lost forever. It just struck me just now, so I appreciate the question on these videos. Fnaf Ransomware DOES make no sense at all. Sorry for the paragraph comment! Tl;dr: Yeah, I agree with this comment.
