Oh man. I've actually been using this myself for the past few weeks and it's a lot of fun. A few combos that you didn't get in the video. With Ranpere. You get to play Shadowlord OP17-079L, most notably, you get to do that during your opponents turn. It's great for wiping knights, warrior of lights, and scions off the board. On top of that, the Ignis play combos with Ranpere. You can put ranpere into the bz to buff something, put ranpere on the stack, then put ignis on the stack, picking up a forward, like Shadowlord or SkySepernt and then playing them with the Ranpere. I've been toying with Opus 4 Shantotto for this because she's a lot of fun and a funny way to board wipe as well. Dropping her on the board during to opponents turn to get in a block that deletes ALL their forwards is awesome.

Ive been playing a Qator Ranperre Aphmau deck recently and it's been surprisingly good as Qatar puts the Ovjang & Mnejing forward on the field from the BZ. Then Aphmau gets you the other two copies (or the backups) and you can use O&M's Shield Bash or Dispell specials twice. Loose all abilities and 9k to forwards. Then you just keep getting O&Ms out of the break zone with Cu Siths or more Qators (cos your opponent is definitely going to try to get rid if Qator once they realise what you're doing haha)

I think Ghido with monks is also good. Ursula uses backups for snack and ghido gets those counters

I love Ghido! ive been experimenting with him in the Retainers Package. Great Synergy with Ignis (OP20) and 10k if Noctis is on the field have felt good

You can use a dancer backup the opus 4 nono and the opus 12 Baralai so for every attack you can dull a dancer set something to 4k then 3k the board

I have an ice lightning deck with zack firion al cid zuromus weiss all the dull uts alot of fun but i will say feeals bad when you brake a forward in main phase 1 and then they only have 3 dull thinfs on board and now you can only take them to 6 damage be firion can only attack once now

I think the powersoul you have to get Tifa with low health and then cast death sentence on her. Counts as 2 things she’s “in danger” from. Shoots her attack through the roof in the OG.

Why doesn't Steiner have his minus strike attack which when he's weak does better damage. Also at this point in the game I believe the princess should have had the drain spell or should have learned the return magic instead of vivi. In the battle that you're having at the beginning that black mage is not silencable but he is blindable

Sahagin Chief isn't used for the same thing Octomammoth is. Sahagin Chief isn't just removal, it's utility. Sahagin Chief gets to bounce your cards unlike octo, that let's you save your own forwards. It let's you reuse Gau or Relm, you can also use it to guarantee a board wipe with Hippokamus, use hippokamus effect, it's now a forward, bounce it, cast it and use the effect again.

Is this the revamped story version? If you don’t kill aerith in that fight just jenova she survives and carries on in the game, I’ve seen it in other playthroughs!
