@@satishchhabra6261 Sir, I have completed 120 exercises pitman new era new edition book in 3 months now my speed is 70 wpm then it will be possible or not.

Dear - the speed of theory exercises (which are seen) is not considered for skill test purposes - the speed in stenography is one at which we are able to transcribe unseen passage in a given time with less than permitted number of mistakes.

In fact focus on accuracy is required the moment we start transcription of unseen passages - this is the right time for you to improve the accuracy first and then go forward.

Dear- since there is no syllabus for the skill test, the passage can be from anywhere but is expected to be of moderate level.

Vaishnavi - in case we want to gain speed by maintaining accuracy, the best option is to do the transcription daily and work on the mistakes - in that case, the increase in speed is not visible and is very gradual/slow - however, the simple and good phrases from sir KC magazine do help in increasing the speed.

Dear - it takes months together (around 4-6 months) to reach the speed of 80 wpm or 100 wpm after completing the theory - better go in a systematic and gradual manner - it is not that easy but requires proper direction, time/patience and hard work.
