cap is the reason why Tony died because if he would have never asked Tony to risk his second chance he would still be alive for his family and that’s why when Tony died, Cap had tears falling from his face because of the guilt. He knew he was the reason that pepper and his daughter was going to have to go on without Tony. He technically broke their family up. Plus Cap owed Tony an apology because in the first avengers he told Tony that he’s not the type to let another man crawl over him and make the sacrifice play and Tony dying was basically proving Cap wrong
