The Analysis is big companies are laying off people because of wage increases. they want to reduce HR and management costs so they are laying them off as well to go to the minimum amount of management. then cutting off branches of the company and moving toward more cloud focus'd 3rd party hosts for their management.

Companies that do this will often regret so moving forward. I say this because they fail to capture valuable systems and processes and experience troubleshooting these problems. this leads to stalls and failures which leads to more firing. HR and management are fired as a result of this because thats their next steps. then they will have people jumping ship at all levels of the company.

This is garbage analysis...

The trend is not caused by over-hiring, it's caused by pursuit of infinite growth in saturated markets. Many companies are dealing with near or fully saturated markets right now and some of the few opportunities for financial growth is by laying people off and decreasing workforce. Many of the companies laying off thousands of people right now can run their businesses just fine without losing any people, they just wouldn't grow fast enough to please their investors. This is late-stage capitalism.

Honest feedback: You should try to speak less about yourself and product gym. And laughing about applicants just comes off a bit salty. And would try to focus on answering the question. This behavior will just create drop off rates.

When I was 21 I was working at a car dealership with my best friend since 4th grade. I got promoted to a position over him. My girlfriend (now wife) said “you should get out of this dead end job and go to college”. I quit that job and I worked my butt off in college. Got a 3.9 GPA. Got in debt. Missed a great housing market to buy into. I now have student loans remaining on a masters degree, I’ve worked 15 years at two different Fortune 500 companies, have a very impressive resume compared to my peers…a decent amount saved that I had to spend for a down payment. …my friend… …he has no debt, a better house (that he bought for next to nothing), better cars, and makes almost double me and my wife (who is a Doctor). He failed 8th grade English. We’ve been sold a lie. Being educated and in tech was a gamble. Hardly any “side hustles” make it. I’m almost 40 and I can’t go back into the trades…I’m stuck doing this until I die. Almost every friend I have that did a trade is comparatively better off than me.

the requirements are too damn high, years of experience asked even for juniors are 3 years ,everyone is rejecting,thousands apply to the same PM job. You make videos with the people with strongest CVs or or really strong. How does one become a PM in this market as a beginner?

I watched two videos and I am surprised to see they are applying to 50-70 companies a day, Man are companies hiring that much or posting that much pm jobs? In India I don't get more than 4-5 job posts on linkedin for the pm role on daily basis. is it varies that much with location?
