I hate my dad so one day my mom was pregnant with my little brother and we came home from shopping probably or something and we saw him and another woman then he called the police to assort us out and then we lived on the streets then a few days my mom bought a apartment for us all the end:)

My mum raised me vegetarian to be kind to the animals except for white meat occasionally because she herself had made herself really ill with iron deficiency anemia previously on a strict diet. As an adult i stuck to this out of respect to my mother and also preferring to not eat red meat. I suffered from the age of 16 from neurological symptoms that mimicking ms, and chronic fatigue I got full ataxia at 29 nearly died from it from deficiencies, and when i walked again after 2 years i found out I'd had a low ferritin and battling that for 15+ years Then i got heart failure from the long term iron deficiency and collapsed with chest pain. Whole body was cold and i was struggling to breathe. I had a protein deficiency, pots syndrome and 5 autoimmune diseases, from the cheap processed fillers and crap in vegan food. All because my mum wanted to be "kind to cows." Unless you've experienced this you'll never understand. I am against inflicting this on a child. If they want a steak they can fill their boots and eat whatever they want, not inflict my needs onto someone else out of selfishness and my own wants shaming and bullying others. As much as i care for animals id not put myself through what i went through or someone i care about Some vegans lack empathy and self awareness and only care for themselves to preach and dictate to others how to live. It's selfishness. No regard for other humans just themselves feel good for their little cause. Them them them. Everything revolves around them. Their needs to feel good. Its not even about the animal it doesn't save the billions slaughtered and eaten by everyone else they are doing effectively nothing for the animals. Someone else ate it. It's like the people that feed pets deep fried mars bars and have a need to do this. It makes them feel good it's nothing to do with that animal. Same logic applied. Its cruelty depriving a child of optimum nutrition for your own selfish wants, you lack a capacity to think. If you want to pill pop to correct your deficiencies go for it. To save the animals. Let another human being have a choice don't kill someone else by selfishness, and stupidity towards another person that has as much rights as you do to make choices

I understand your activists, I understand what comes with eating animals. But you guys SERIOUSLY 1 take things out of proportion, and 2 make people just straight up look bad by taking out context. I really don't appreciate you doing that because it just plays into the sterotype "All vegans are crazy". If I was vegan I seriously wouldn't take that approach, of course PRAISE anybody who does do a vegan diet cause it is a very huge challenge and does some of the enviroment good. But you should never shame somebody for somebody's diet. Remember Humans have always been Omnivores, and never act like your holier than thou because of what you eat.

Just because we're aware of what we eat doesn't erase the bloodshed we eat. Just because they are vegan doesn't mean they are forgiven from eating animals in the past.😅😅😅i feel sorry for vegans, not for what they eat, but for what they believe, and it worries me. I don't love people because they are sentient beings. I love people because they were made in the image of God. God says to love him with our soul, mind, and strangth. Do the same to other people who are made in the image of God.

I cut meat and dairy 11 days ago. This morning, I woke up to slightly swollen eyes and an itchy raah on the side of my neck. Im not new to skin concerns so its possible that I came in contact with an irritant but I hope changing my eating will signal my body that Im working with it vs against it so that I can begin to heal from the insode out

Why do they look so unhealthy?

I’ve been plant based for years and my blood work always looks perfect until I had my L(P)a level checked and it’s over 300. It’s genetic. Diet has had no effect on lowering my genetically high L(P)a levels but has maybe kept me from dying sooner. Bob Harper also has same genetic defect.

Horrible advice. Never listen to a vegan because they are always staving, the don’t get proper nutrition. When your body has the right foods you shouldn’t need more than 1500 calories especially if you are older.
