I'm from Arkansas which is a stop and ID state the only reason they have it is that it makes it easier to find people who have warrants without this they would have to wait until the person with warrants made a traffic violation and had to show their driver's license they should do this in all 50 states the revenue from catching people with warrants could add up to millions .
