Have never heard of this volleyball ever. Heard it today from a co worker. But place he's playing at is pretty racist (each team must have 7 chinese people the other can be any asian, no white, black, indian, etc)

This is not like the Smash ball I played in the late 80s & early 90s. Ours was like racketball or back tennis but the goal was to hit your opponent & score points. They look like they are just playing volleyball.

We do better transiitional volleyball for kids and youth in Sweden and Denmark, where you start playing with four players (lots of ball contact) in four different levels (from one bounce and catching and throwing the set all the way to full play).

What I don't understand is this: Organizations are allowed to add rules above and beyond the government regulations. e.g. Facility A requires everyone to be vaccinated. The OVA is an organization. Why don't they just require vaccinations for everyone? Why can the OUA, OCAA, Community Use of Schools, Facility A, Club Whatever, all mandate vaccinations for all participants - but the OVA can't. Or is it that the OVA won't. I'd love to get clarification on this.
