From murdeshwar to netrani it takes 1:30hr ride ... and scuba dive happens for 20 to 40 min. As per your package what you opt for, they do scuba in Batch of per 6 persons so 3 to 4 hrs you will going to be in Netrani Island. There is no specific time limit on Snorkeling.
