I saw this as a kid in the theatres.. it was Jet Li’s debut in Hollywood films. Most people in the US had never heard of him until Lethal Weapon 4. I had never rewatched it since then but damn this fight was way more brutal than I remember lol

Very late but have you ever tried crouch cancel into the foreground? I know people say it's impossible, it has always been that way (unless you talk about Tekken 4 that is), and it can be done only by leverless controllers. Well, it is possible, & since I've seen you play Tekken 3, I'll suggest you to use that game to test this theory. Why you ask? Because that game allows you to bind sidesteps too. Bind sidestep foreground & background to whatever shoulder buttons you would like. Or whatever peripheral you are using. Then hold crouch for few moments. Then tap sidestep background & then immediately tap sidestep foreground. Sorry, sidestep background is sidestep up & sidestep foreground is sidestep down. So, I'm repeating, when you release crouch, tap the sidestep up bind & immediately tap sidestep down bind. If you did it correctly, your character WILL crouch into the foreground. You can also use the replay function to check out your movement. PS:- Keep spamming the sidestep button bind, you'll see some interesting camera behaviours. Also, Law can't crouch cancel via sidestep in Tekken 3. I've tried it many times, but he doesn't. If you find any other such interesting discoveries, please share. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the most valuable guides for Tekken on CZcams! I have only seen the qcf methods which automatically kicks out characters who have qcf moves. You, Sir, are the first person to show other methods which shows that arguably the entirety of Tekken cast can have iWS moves. I'm pretty sure that there are Tekken professional players and world champions who don't know of these methods. Great work!
