All I could see is your back side and horrible loud music that was overtaking the voice. Had to just quit watching and find another video
I’m so glad I saw your video!! We were going to use the cooler a/c in the car for a trip with dry ice, what a disaster that would have been
Thanks was about to order to save me some bucks now ima get the oem 😂
I definitely highly recommend going oem, but there also very hard to get right now so best of luck for sure. Ive learned a few things about all the ls pcv stuff over this so im making a larger video about it soon.
Gracias my friends, I was looking to do this and glad its not an Intex pool video. I'm sick and tired of the damn flex hoses cracking at night while my filter pump is on, ruining the pump because there's no water and burning up the pump bearings ! ! ! AND the don't get me started on the hoses leaking at the clamps 👍👍👍
Interesting, I hated those flex hoses for flow alone i did not realize they also went bad so fast. Thank you
Appreciate the review! Specifically that you covered the accessory clip pack. There aren't a ton of pictures of the accessories so it's really tough to get an idea of fit or even a general sense of build quality. Thanks to your review I've ordered (2) Pokit Pro's and (2) accessory packs. Keep up the good work!
Thank you very much for the kind words! I hope you really enjoy your meters!
Thank you for this! We're hard piping ours today because we're tired of all the soft hoses breaking at the worst times; never fails. This was really helpful.
Fantastic and thank you for watching and commenting! I wish you the best of luck with your project!
Thankyou guys, this is exactly was i was looking for. excellent instructional video.
Thank you for the kind words and good luck with your projects!
I don't care what all the Karen's say, I say good video!
Thank you! Your kind words are appreciated!
Dude, you just made a gas death chamber machine. I know you made your CO2 disclaimer… but remember who your audience is here 🤡
What’s that plastic piece for? just some kind of baffle for the PCV valve?
So the plastic assembly is baffaling to seperate the oil similar to a pcv. In my research i have found that almost non of the ls engines have had an actual “pcv valve”. The early ls1 up to 2002 had a valve but it was only a restriction and after that they went to just baffled valve covers. The ls6 unit is supposed to be the end all solution but apparently the chinese knockoffs are just terrible.
@@TheRenaissanceBuilder ok, I see… lesson learned. Thank you 👍🏻
Hi Ren :D
Hi Kim!!!!!!!!!
It's a shame we can't see any of what you are doing because the camera is in a horrible spot.
I understand, we made a newer video to make up for this one being less than ideal. czcams.com/video/k-q8AYP72YY/video.htmlsi=9e233TFuIrd5hkDU
I appreciate content like this. Good info.
Thank you the compliments and thank you for watching, i hope it helps!
How did you connect the pump to the filter?
There is a factory supply coupling between the pump and the filter.
For anyone wanting to buy this. Its very good heating up and soldering the only problem for me was that after the second use i couldnt use it longer than 1minute then it would just turn off. I think it doesnt charge the battery right anymore. Maybe a loose contact so be careful
I could die from things all day long and it wouldn’t be 100% my fault. Dying while dissecting the magnetron because you told said do not means I would’ve atleast died in challenge! Now that’s meaningful.

Thanks just what I need to hear. My peg was snapped into the wheel
Thats why i made the video, i stressed out hard, so im hoping to save others the stress. Thank you!
Witch?? Is this a video in which we'll see goblins and broomsticks too??🤣🤣
I wish! But you would be surprised how much more attention a video gets when stuff isnt quite right 😉
@@TheRenaissanceBuilder Maybe we need a magician to fix that🤣👍
I love magnets too HVAC brother! I’ve got magnets on so many of my tool and test equipment! I love the ProHold from fastcap for holding screws & fasteners on my M12 Fuel drill/Driver and tool bag.
Proholder huh, imma look into that. Thank you!
What pump did you use
Its just the standard oil pump
Damn I missed this. Your my favorite builder
Thank you for the kind words! Don’t worry we will be on again soon
Which not “witch”
Three years later and still entertaining lol, thank you!
I thinks now is the future that your talking about
This guy hooks this thing up and just starts laughing, has no idea he is about to die. Poors water over it. Dead.
Sorry to disappoint you but im still alive 🤷🏽♀️
@TheRenaissanceBuilder My point is it's very dangerous and you're even breathing hard. It's clear you tried it before you started recording again. The laughter just adds to the stupidity. I bet you're the kinda guy that says "hey dudes! This bottle rocket is my dick huhuhu" 💥BOOM!🍆
Fantastic instructional video!! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the kind words and views!
Needs to be a push setup not a pull setup. That way the motor doesn't freeze.
This was never meant to be a valide unit, it was just fun. Definitely don’t try it push pull or otherwise it is dangerous
Nice It would suck if I couldn’t replace my southwire strippers it’s also why I keep a backup pair and the larger model in my back up tool bag I like this model because they are stainless steel other then that they are a yellow handle similar style to this
good job ...
Thank you!
I got stuck working on my 92 F150 this weekend. Pwr steering pump decided to do a volcanic eruption. Pressure valve stuck & it blew all the fluid all over everything. Was going good, but I didn't realize the pulley was bent. Explains why my serp belt was self destruction. Between that & being a 32 yr old truck the pulley was a bear to get off & back on, which sucks because I gave to take it back off to replace it.
Yup, that sounds like similar to Many of my days
Your daughter is adorable! Useful video; gave me some good ideas for a box that i am planning to build for my grandson.
Thank you so much for the kind words! I whish you the best of luck with your project!
Great video. I was looking to upgrade tot he double roller, saw posts about clearence but couldn't find the info. This video is perfect. Thanks.
Thank you for the compliment and hope you have fun with your project!
Hey Alex. Google says metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor
YES! Lmao thank you my brain farted hard on that one!
I got caught in heavy rain just the other day! Setting up a canopy makes a big difference
Hey you glorious noise maker we finally meet! 💯 agree, especially on those full day jobs
Are you supposed to use axle grease on axle bearings? It’s not a trailer wheel; as i understand it the axle bearings are lubricated by gear oil. Remember that oil that came out when you removed the axle? That stuff. So i think you’re supposed to lube the axle bearing with gear oil, not axle grease.
You know i think you may be correct. I didn’t look it up when I started i just went by my old fashioned ways so thats my mistake. Fortunately i have been driving on it consistently with no trouble so i may be lucky.
It looks like the skimmer and return are fairly close together in this video. I'm new to pool work, but I thought they should be distanced to be the most effective..
I honestly would not be able to argue with you. We did not have any control over the location of the return and supply points
@@TheRenaissanceBuilder thank you for your reply. And thank you for your helpful and informative content.
@@charlesdavid5137 i thank you for both your kind words and your patronage!
Very cool! What is that simulation software you are using?
Hello and thank you. Its called circuit js by Paul Falstad. So far its been the most intuitive and easy to use free simulation software i have found.
Hello thanks for the parts list. Quick question I want to move the pool filter away from the pool how far away can I move it away. And I’m going to bury the pvc pipe
Thank you for watching and commenting! So the technical data for that is that each foot of pipe comes with a certain pressure drop in “feet of head” and the pump has an envelope of operating where the resistance to flow (or total feet of head) and the pump rpm combine to determine your water flow. So those two pieces of information would be needed for an engineering based answer. On the other hand, i see filter/pump skids mounted hundreds of feet away from pools all the time so unless you have a giant plot of land i doubt you are going to effect the flow much by putting it accross the yard or in a pump house. Keep in mind if you live in an area that freezes you are going to hafto clear those lines when you winterize
You are a star sir. Providing safety information and the knowledge to harvest these handy items. Cool. Liked and Subscribed.
Well thank you very much, I really appreciate the compliment. I hope all your projects go well!
great video!.. .what year is the junkyard axle you bought? thanks!
Thank you that means allot! So conveniently enough that axle is out of an 05 silverado 2500 HD non diesel, i believe its the same axle in the 3500 non dually/non diesel as well
I like what he’s saying but I don’t think those tools are insulated.insulated tools are usually coated bright orange and have markings of voltage ratings just because a tool has a plastic handle doesn’t mean it’s insulated those handles are usually just for comfort
Hey thank you for commenting and watching. So insulated tools are for working on live equipment, as in its still plugged in. If you are trying to mess with a microwave while its still plugged in then you are already in danger. Unplug it, make sure the cap is drained, then it doesn’t matter what tool you use.
@@TheRenaissanceBuilder I’m just saying those won’t do a whole lot for insulation I agree you should never work on anything energized plugged into a power source
Is this kid still alive? Blind leading the blind.
Hate all you want, don’t bother me at all
@@TheRenaissanceBuilder You confuse me with someone who gives enough of a sh!t to muster up a hate. If anything, it's a laugh you inspire. Like a clown.
And yet entertainment is half the point so thanks for the compliment!
Mine has a brown wire and a blue wire to transformer if they are put back on wrong polarity will the microwave work as my microwave oven don't work but the oven grill etc does
On the transformer side its ac so it shouldn’t make a difference
"PromoSM"
thanks obama
Thanks for explaining so well.
Thank you for watching and complementing!!
WOW!
Yup
