Hey Asa, have you shared what your symptoms are and what doctors suspect you might have going on? I might have missed a video where you've explained things, but if not and you're not comfortable sharing, that's totally up to you as to what and when you share. I'm grateful for these check-ins all the same.

I saw the first video that you posted (about facing a possible serious health issue). I have just subscribed because your openness and vulnerability in sharing your thoughts is somehow comforting to me. Maybe because you are so relatable. I will follow your journey and dearly hope for better news than you expect after you get your scan results.

As someone who was given days to weeks to live in Summer 2021, went through months and months in the hospital, and many rounds of intense treatments, I want to encourage you by letting you know that I’m still here, years later. Had the same thoughts about my Wife and Kids. Was damn sure glad it was me and not them with the physical burden to overcome. You are young, you are strong, whatever it is we’ll be praying. My 35th birthday is in a few weeks, and in all honesty I thank God for this difficult road. It has made me a better Husband, Father, and Human. Only God knows how long we have, and our days are indeed numbered, but you have a good heart, and that will carry you far. Take it day by day and always give your best. Trust in the Lord, my friend; you are right, God has a plan. There is peace in knowing that that plan will go just as it should, and we abide in that. I want you to know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Cancer feeds on sugar. Cut carbs and more so I recommend transferring to carnivore as well as getting any treatment. Both together can indeed work miracles.

Fast . I'm not joking . Stop eating . Try a couple days if you can . Drink lots of water . Dieting and fasting . As much as you can. For 1 besides the fact that if you loose weight you'll be starving those growths and could make them shrink and maybe facilitate treatment or a surgery but also as you fat you will relieve pressure from your nerves that are being pinched. Do it like your life depended on it because it does. Fast as in water fast and go on walks. If you break the fast eat healthy like fish and go right back on the fast each time longer

I am happy that you're still here and even though it's frustrating that the MRI had to be rescheduled I am glad you gave us an update. Chronic pain can cause you to have anxiety attacks and panic attacks. I hope you get answers soon! May the Lord bless you!

I may not fully be able to understand what you're going through and I've been having migraines and they are more constant and getting worse. So my neurologist ordered an MRI. I start my new job sometime this week but I have to fake it until I make it just so I can get money. It could be anything at this point. Unfortunately, my other doctors failed me. I want to say my heart goes out to you and your story is your story which I am thankful that you shared. The Chronic illnesses or any type of illness puts you in a very dark place and people always say oh just take Tylenol but it doesn't always take it away or even if it does it doesn't take away the full pain. Don't lose hope and keep fighting!

Im sorry to hear your going through this and Im praying for you. I know this is scary for you and your family. The harsh reality is life is short and were all are appointed to die, all of us. Jesus loves you and He has prepared a place for you. All you have to do is accept Christ as your savior. Pray to Jesus ask him to forgive you of your sins and ask Him to come into your heart and save you. Ask Him to be your savior. You will feel the spirit of God indwell you and its a wonderful feeling. You can then be assured that you will go to Heaven with a glorified body, no more pain no more suffering. If you have relatives in Heaven you surely will see them again walking the streets of gold. "Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" please accept Christ as your savior. Death is something we all will have to face but its not the end. This is just a step into our eternal journey. When a person dies unsaved not only do they die physically but also spiritually, a second death, forever separated from God and Heaven and from family and friends that are already there. I dont know you but I love you and Jesus loves you and I wanna see you in heaven one day.

My uncle had "that" around his spine. He lost his ability to walk however had surgery and he lived on.. it's not over til it's over.. I'm not the one in your predicament however so it's easy to pass advice to someone lost in the darkness of shock news.

Brings up many old memories of when I used to build models. As an old retired truck driver......I remember making two truck tractors that were not perfect, but umm, they pleased me. I just enjoyed building them, for, my Dad was a lifelong truck driver out of the army. I am a Star Trek complete nut! I remember another one of my favorite builds was.....not only a full size replica of the star ship Enterprise, but also, a full size of the shuttle craft Galileo 7. I was meant to cross paths with you man! I may only have a limited time left to live..... and umm, I am praying earnestly for you, and ask that as a like-minded soul, that you would do the same for me. Thanx man! ❤

Aw! Dang, Asa!! Yeah, MRIs can be temperamental like that. I think even the best techs just can’t get them working sometimes when they go off. I remember one time, I waited way past my appointment time because something quit working with the person before me. Almost had to reschedule, but the tech kept trying and eventually got everything back up and running. She was the best tech :) Trust that all things are working for your benefit in the end, Asa. Earlier this year, my insurance mistakenly dropped me. In the middle of a personal health crisis, when I have never needed coverage more in my life. They even admitted fault, which in itself was shocking. Took months to sort out (yes, months). Kept ignoring me, dodging me, “dropping” my calls and not calling back, no response to emails… The list goes on. Finally got a hold of an earth angel who told me what steps to take, and now I have better coverage than before. I have my tests lined up now, all the ones that had previously been shelved all these months. Health stuff is scary. We’re gonna get through this together 💪 Hang in there. Don’t be shy to Google around and find another facility if your current one doesn’t have MRI availability sooner. You don’t have to reply to us all :) I know I likely speak for most of us when I say that we genuinely wish you well. You are going through something tough. You don’t owe anyone anything.
