I think Buck and Eddie might break, I can only hope that some time apart will be good for them. Eddie really needs to deal with everything that has happened to him😞. I'm not a Buck and Tommy fan the way I am for Buddie but I think Buck needs to be able to learn and explore himself and this new relationship. I hope Eddie breaks up with Marisol. Eddie has heavily been shown as aromantic. He never likes his partners as people or companions 🤝. He has an entire emotional speech to his dead wife, where he never says he loves her, just their marriage 💒 (likely because his parents and religion hyped it up). I don't think he can even describe Shannon's personality, because he never paid attention to it. It was just a nuisance to the pretty picture of an "ideal" family. Eddie needs to stop letting these women get their hopes 🤞 up it will ever turn into a loving relationship. And he needs to stop living a lie that he has any romantic 🌹 attraction. It is as tragic as a gay man in denial getting married to a woman. It just makes both parties miserable.

I do like Eddie and Buck together, but I must admit I actually prefer Buck with Tommy. So, personally, I hope Tommy and Buck stay together throughout the show.

What possible reason would Halan have not to immediately kill that guy that killed Aster? I was expecting him to do something when he reaised his weapon. One minute he's dodging fire at point blank range from that same weapon and the next he just stands there looking stupid when there's plenty of time for him to react. The thing with Eddie and buck is that if they got together it could make or break their already long relationship as friends they have a very strong bond and I don’t think they should mess with it

In fiction, nothing is impossible, and it's certainly possible to write a plausible storyline ending with gay/bi Eddie. That doesn't mean he'd have to end with Buck, though, barring anything else. IRL it's pretty common for men from certain kinds of backgrounds (like Eddie's) to repress and hit later in life realizations. That doesn't mean, of course, that's where they will take Eddie, but the possibility of that is obviously there. I suspect, however, that the reasons to pursue that storyline would be far more mundane - ratings and profit- than following a pre-meditated plotline that's been worked out all the way through. Would it be preferable? That's going to depend on who you talk to. I like where they are going with Buck and Tommy, but that doesn't mean that Buck and Eddie won't make sense at some point in the future, or even gay/bi Eddie with someone else. Or even LOVE TRIANGE ending in Eddie Tommy. It could happen.

I like Eddie and Buck just as the best of Best Friends in the show. Buck is just now exploring his sexuality and Tommy is good for him and are a good match. However Eddie is flaky when it comes to romantic relationships, he's been through so much in a compacted amount of years and is constantly conflicted about his heart. The show is just starting to come back around to Eddie let's just see where the steps go.
