I would love to learn how you taught your students how to phrase so well. I have played Rising Star but this is by the best recording I have heard a concert band play. Very well done!!! Phrasing and breathing correctly has been kinda difficult to teach for my kids to understand.

Rain was a little sloppy...Love the beginning of Falling Leaves. The Flute sounds good(was worried about overpowering at the 7 minute and prior mark). That is a real nice crescendo at 7:14 but the pullback came a little to late for me personally. Melody wasn't clear enough at 7:40. We seem to be pretty good at playing quiet. 8:21 there could be more volume from the melody. Again the solo is really good at 8:40ish! After, it kind of fades off into this quiet swelling feeling at the end?Flight of The Thunderbird: Ah yes the curse of the bells! :D . Feels like the tempo was dragging at the beginning when the percussion came in. I like the looming quiet in that one part. Good I can hear the Tenor sax when I have the melody. Nice pull back. LUCAS STRONGMAN! Nice flutes. Nice job Myla and Josiah great work with the solos. That's a nice cut off around 13 minutes. I feel like we were rushing the tempo at 13:27. Nice cut off at 14:03! Big build 14:10 is pretty good. Damn Josiah doing the overtone on the trumpet. And we all ended really crisply

we had a rally good ending on this and really good transition into the faster part but to me it doesn't sound as smooth and as flowing as it could be

it felt really pitchy through the last 10 seconds into the end of the video. Maybe it was the recoding method but to me it sounds like one section was way off their note-Anthony L
