Bonkers is so cute and funny. The reason I love this character is his voice, his laugh, childish, and his positivity. That's the reason why I like his character.

I knew this show wasn't a fever dream I had!! I used to watch this show a lot lol a lot of really good quality animation for such an old show.
Actually Disney TV animation was at a quality peak from the mid-90's to late 90's especially because of its Australian department. Before the Australian studio closed its door forever, it delivered animation for most Disney direct-to-video sequels (well, the better looking ones...)
well, historically speaking, the most impressive animation occurred in the 40’s.
