The B-49 isn't particularly loud. How far away is the sleeper? These machines do run on compressed air, so an air compressor is required. They can be somewhat noisy. But quieter air compressors are available, or the compressor can be located in another room.

Yes, our machines required compressed air as the energy source, so a compressor is needed. For our B-3 (the single press) we suggest a compressor with at least a 6 gallon air tank and a pressure rating of at least 125 psi. For the B-49, we recommend 25+ gallon air tank size. The larger the compressor's air tank, the less frequently the compressor motor has to run. Morganrich, if the lower mold tray on the B-49 is not in the proper position, the upper mold assembly will come down and contact the top surface of the mold block and stop. I just spoke with a B-49 customer on Friday who has had his for now 2.5 years. He used it to make over 1,000,000 shower steamers in Pennsylvania in 2023. He did not mention a single instance of having the lower mold block 'out of position' and has not purchased replacement mold parts.

The material is made entirely out of an FDA food grade approved polymer. So yes, 100% safe.

But there doing it. On camera. Must be a way. The ingredients oils, moisture is causing it to stick.
