At the end, you said “That’s a wrap…” But you didn’t wrap them. You painted them. Joking aside, thanks for making the video. I’m surprised you only used 180 grit, since the manufacturer calls for 36, but if it’s holding up, then that’s great.
Yup holding up great 3 years later. 36 grit would have been way too much on the aluminum and made deep scratches.
Should of tightened the bolts up to full torque individually one at a time before pulling the next factory headstud
I don't think you're anywhere near as excited as you should be. If you went from rattling the fillings to barely anything, that's a huge difference! I'm looking at switching the suspension in my 2006 3500. I have a 5 inch lift with Rough Country shocks and even with the Bilstein shocks that I had in there, they won't last. But now I have airbags in the rear and I don't know if it's worth getting King shocks in the rear when I have airbags.

Jus did this install on the same truck (just 1995 12v). Installed super quick. Here’s the bad part the hood can not shut now( it hits the trans cooler and condenser half way down with 6 “ left ) . Also the bumper will not fit on anymore! My question to you guys was there any fabrication tips that you did not mention to get both of these body parts to fit back on?
I had to trim my bumper a bit with a grinder. As far as the hood not shutting, beats me. Try reaching out to the company.

How do you like the ride? I have a 6 inch lift and im wanting to lowing it back
It's much more forgiving. I wouldn't say it is as soft as a 1500 (1/2 ton) I think its more in between like a 5/8 ton type of ride lol
What is the torque spec on the rockers?
I used the 3" springs and fox shocks . I love the difference.
How is the steelit holding up man? Would you use it again?
All Good! No complaints yet. Looks as good as the day I put it on.

Are the shocks the ones specifically valved by Thuren? Is your air pressure correct? Thuren has notes for air pressure on their site or you can just call them. Proper air pressure makes a massive difference.
Yes they are. I keep tires at around 40psi.
Is the ride any better now that they have broken in?
It rides good. I don't think there is anything to "break in" per say.
Can I install those on my 2020 civic ?
