How I lose 30lbs (What they don't tell you)
I am TML Maui, formally the L in TML which is London. I lost 30lbs as of January 1st, 2021. I did chole ting exercise programs on and off while eating Military diet and doing Keto Dieting this help me lose it, but in the long run I lost the weight too fast it caused a plague for about half a year stuck at 170lbs tried literally everything to fix it, nothing worked! I finally broke my plague, like if you'd like to see how I broke it! I went from 199 to 170 in 7 months terribly.
