The dude who played Werowance the storyteller in this performance is different because he's thin and younger looking and sounding and he speaks the lyric "That's why rivers live so long" like in the movie, whereas the other guy sings said lyric and is kind of big and older looking and sounding.

i always wanted to go to see this and spend a week just at this part and splash mountain and bear country jamboree, and to hug all of them especially KIT, Rebecca, Papa bear, Sunni and all the gummi bears especially, webby too this was one of the biggest one thing i ever wanted to ever do period back then ever so much i hope Tokyo Disney land has this or makes a big return for it DISNEY AFTERNOON FOREVER.

Heh, I like how at 2:32, with a sharp eye you can see the actor quickly being changed out of his Rat King costume and having his "handsome prince" getup put on. This is probably why on the televised Disney Channel version, they just did a bunch of slow-motion shots of the other characters running around at that part.
Honestly the way the slow motion was done in that was actually cringing me out. I mean the animated sparkles at the beginning and end were fine but not the sparkles in the slow motion part.
