Robert Gordon It's only make believe
In February of 1979 the Robert Gordon's "Rock Billy Boogie" album was released with Chris Spedding on lead guitar. The title track "Rock Billy Boogie", Walk On By, The Catman and It's Only Make Believe got much radio airplay and the album broke into the top 100 charts. Here is the clip for the great gordon's cover of "It's Only Make Believe". This song was written by Jack Nance and Conway Twitty. Twitty released it as a single in 1958
