Does my way of color changing like here in the video work in URP? If there's no shader graphs in URP I'm afraid you'll have to script this somehow - and I have no idea how to be honest, sorry...

Any colour at any distance? Yes, I guess depending on your settings that should work. I'm not sure about the 3 colors though... If you can built a multicolor gradient this should work with as many colors as your gradient has...? Does that help?

Sorry to contradict - but each scene is around 5s, which is quite long for a title sequence, which it was built for in the first place... And the movement is so slow, that it is not a big deal to retime it in good quality, maybe that helps ;)? And remember it is for free ;) If there's a special scene you need some more seconds, hit me up, I still got the project files and can re-do stuff - if it's paid...?
