safety’s not exactly right it’s honesty! but the small towns are mostly safe. the cities much less
Yeah honesty was a huge factor in all of this! My cousin lives in Zürich and was explaining how honesty factors in to a lot of the safety in Switzerland. I felt so happy and safe there! ❤️
Yes this is my only vibe. I hike on avearge 50 trails a year mostly in Wasington State.
There are so many trails I want to hike in Washington ! I’m very jealous you live in such a beautiful state !

I’m a Boy Scout and I worked at a scout camp in lassen national forest/park and as we were setting up for the scouts a bald eagle flew over use twice at the water front

It's because of the high concentration of melanin in their tongues, which acts as a natural sunscreen to protect them from sunburns

@@WanderingCait went there for my 50th did flat top Mountain and then we went over to Aspen and I hiked up to the Maroon Bells; had the place to my myself cause it was April, sat a while & listened to Rocky Mountain High - pure heaven. Thanks for posting. ATB Mark

Yes! Yes! I feel like that every two day, even when I'm in the woods doing that... Stayed in the woods for 2 months, when I came back home my mother was screaming with joy and happiness she had though I was dead and apparently there was a search for me
Whoa! That's a wild story!
Not for six days, but I do know a place in the woods where I'm completely alone, except for birds and squirrels and the occasional raccoon. I've even camped there. I go there when I need to recharge. I've never seen any people there, or even signs of people other than me. I can, and have, sit there all day. I haven't even told anyone about it until now. It's a special place.
That's awesome that you have such a secluded place to go and unplug like that!
